Active air mass space (LPA) was currently a hurricane Helen of Troy, the eighth hurricane that entered Philippine space of Responsibility (PAR) for 2012 and hawk-eyed 625 kilometer point of Casiguran, Aurora as of 5am August thirteen, 2012.It is expected to reinforce the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) which will bring rains over western section of Southern island, Visayas and Mindanao which can trigger flash floods and landslide to prone areas.Will hurricane Helen of Troy create a Landfall? it's suggested to organize earlier and monitor the weather disturbance from time to time.
