The Osmena Peak is in the Municipality of Dumaguete, located south of the province of Cebu. The peack is around 1000-meters above sea level and the Mantalongon,Dumaguete being the highest peak in the island of Cebu. You can have the greatest of the Badian Island and the western part of cebu.
How to get there
Take a bus from Cebu City South Bus terminal then get off at the Dumaguete town proper. Take "habal-habal" for 25-minutes and 20-minutes walk to the summit
